Just a comment. Thank you all (well most of you) for keeping this conversation civil. Win lose or draw, it will be decided shortly. As for rigging, i doubt any statistical deviation would happen. The election is won/lost on votes, not rhetoric. By the way, the voting machines can't be hacked, as they are NOT hooked up to the internet or any network of any kind. Mistakes in tabulating show up as human error and can be corrected if a recount is deemed necessary.

I agree that "rigging" may be a poor choice of words as a description of what is going on with the MSM. I prefer to use "manipulation"
to describe the phenomenon of what is going on. The MSM is definitely manipulating coverage to influence the numbers.

My considered opinion only. Early voting for President is unconstitutional. The Constitution states that election day is the Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Early voting for state candidates may be OK but not for POTUS.

Keep in mind that you and I don't vote for a President. We cast our votes for a delegate to the Electoral College. Until all the votes for the Electoral College delegates are cast and counted, nobody votes for the President, and the actual presidential voting takes place after the election. So, technically there is no violation of any election law.

I, personally, do not see a difference between rigging and manipulation. In either case the intention is to influence the vote in favor of one side or the other. If you agree with that statement, then the election process is being rigged by Main Stream Media. Now you have to decide who is being favored by the Media.

You are so right and most of the populace knows little or nothing about how the Electoral College works. It seems to be a well kept secret.

I voted early as I will be out of town on the 8th

I am a person of faith and I pray we elect people all across the nation who are going to serve the nation. In an instance if we elect some. Who are not, I pray that they will feel conviction and change.

As a boy growing up at Cal Farleys Boys Ranch I was often reminded by Cal Farley that "A boy is the only thing God can use to make a man."

Using that premise it stands to reason that He can still make a self serving politician into a public servant. I don't know when it happened, but pastor seem to have forgotten to remind their congregations to pray for everyone who holds a public office.

In my opinion that is so needed at any time. We don't have to wait til the next election to effect change if we can help change those who are in office now.

The allure of power and greed are corruptive forces that eat away at the just and the unjust alike.

Just my thoughts.

To me there has never been other than a clear choice in this presidential election. I'm more than a single issue voter. To me there are 6 clear issues that made up my mind months ago. My mind hasn't changed. Additional issues appearing almost daily.

I will vote on election day - not before! I like to see my ballot physically go into the box. I don't fully trust the handlers of early ballots. This distrust comes from working in the polling places in South Texas when living there.

CAUTION! do not vote early! The FBI has just re-opened the case against HRC.
