I didn't notice the 'thingie' on the band saw. The band saw is on the wrong end of the SS so it must be some kind of dust collection 'Thingie'. JPG is right about where they fail. The one I have was repaired and has been working but I managed to find a new one just in case. A design flaw but if one is careful I think you can expect them to be fine, however a little epoxy ahead of time could/would be in order even if it isn't cracked.BuckeyeDennis wrote:I'm not sure if this is a bargain or not at $200, but I don't see them very often.
