Looks to be in respectable condition(no EXCESSIVE rusting).

Speed changer alone is worth $125.
I just sold mine for $168. It wasn't in pristine condition, but fully functioning.

You get the new stuff, I get the

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

Seems a lot of people in my area (Chicagoland) are cleaning out the garages of old 10ER's. If you always wanted one then look these over.

In the $200-$250 range:

and in the $1000 category:

There is a stand alone power planer available in my area for $450. Does this look like a good deal? https://newlondon.craigslist.org/tls/5943317229.html

Don't know about your area, but around here that would be above market price. Nice clean ones usually languish on CL at $500, and sell when the price drops to around $400. Every year or two, a nice one will pop up for $200 or so. That one has a rusty table and a missing part, so will need time & money to get in good condition. The casters are a plus.

The seller does say that the "asking price" is $450, signaling some flexibility. And it's been on the market for a month. I'd check on the cost of a replacement crank and decide what you would charge yourself to restore the table. Then deduct those from the asking price, and make an offer (contingent upon everything being in running condition).

I'm taking a pass on this one mainly because I have a Dewalt now that seems to be OK (except for the cost of replacement blades).
