I am very pleased to see this happening. Now all I have to do is learn how to use it. As long as I do not enlarge the image, I can get everything to work (flip pages, etc.).

When I enlarge the page, I loose the flip page capability.

I can not enlarge just a little bit. It gives me what it wants me to see.

I am a slow learner on things like this so I'll just have to persevere until I learn all the tricks.

When the page is magnified (full width) you can change pages by using the left/right arrows on your keyboard (the up/down arrows will scroll up and down) , or you can click on the left and right arrows in the center of the menu bar at the top of the page, (either side of the little window that shows what page you are on).

Also, if your mouse scroll wheel has the left and right switches they will page back and forth.

Now all I need is a screen large enough(with high enough resolution) to display both pages so I can actually read them.

I sorely miss paper catalogs etc..

See the post above where I made it into a PDF from the file.

I wish I had a higher resolution source document to convert from so it could scale better, but it is what it is for now.

I stored it on My Google Drive.

I have copied Ed's screen capture here for reference.

- in the menu bar, click the second icon from the right, square with arrows in two corners, this will put you in "full screen mode"
- click the first icon on the left, magnifying glass with a + sign, this will expand the pages to full width of screen.
- there will now be a slider bar on the left, if you still need more magnification click the little + or grab the slider (left click and hold) and move it to the right. All the way to the right equals one page at a time.
- click the hand icon, second from left. now moving the mouse pointer around the screen will cause it to scroll, up, down, right, left, no need to click.
- to move the the next pair of pages you can click on the grey "ghost" bar on the right or left, or use the arrow icons on the menu bar.
- to search for text - click the magnifying glass, fourth icon from the right.

I really prefer paper too, but this format is the next best thing, Also they wouldn't send me a paper one even if they had them.

I don't get the facing pages but I can see and read the text just fine. The scroll wheel, navigational arrows and zoom functions all work.

I could also print a hard copy if I wanted bad enough. I don't. Adobe Reader works for now.

I couldn't agree more. I can scan a paper whatever way faster than an electronic version.

Would be nice if there was an index with links to the index items.
Things would be easier to find.
However, an index is difficult to produce if you don't have the appropriate software. Not sure what SW would work with this forum.

If there IS an index and I just missed it - please someone let me know how to get to it.
