Very nice start! Your base machine is about the same age as mine (1980), maybe a little newer. The upper and lower guards on mine were metal, but I have upgraded the upper guard. To help make identifying your assortment a little easier, I added letters to your photo and will start off identifying those about what I am most sure. I'm sure others will correct me where I may wrong, and fill in the missing blanks where I am not sure.

A = Upper saw guard, but may be a for a 505/510/520, not a 500.
B = Extension table (narrow)
C = Main table, with bracket for attaching upper guard attached
D = Lower saw guard
E = unknown. This may be the non-Shopsmith part to which JPG was referring
F = Shopsmith Double Bar Clamps
G = Tenon Master Jig
H = Tailstock, with live center perhaps?
J = Miter Gauge with wood extension fence added
K = Clamps
L = Power Coupler, for attaching SPTs (Special Purpose Tools), such as Bandsaw, Jointer, etc.

I've tried to identify the upper guard, and it doesn't look like the upgraded 500 version or the 505/510/520 versions that I have seen. Perhaps it too is non SS? However, the bracket on the back of the table looks like the piece to mate with the upgraded 500 version.

Thanks so much! I was going to chime in on a few of the parts. But you guys have confirmed my suspicions. So several parts of the duplicator is mia... might have to fabricate some items vs buying. That kit is a bit outside of my current budget. I am pretty content with my purchase thus far, but time will tell. I need to get some time on the machine and learn a ton. Before I go out and start buying more parts. But I imagine that I may have to buy some replacement parts during initial PM.

Looks like in transit, I may have lost the crank to the planer. Is this SS specific, or is there a hex key or socket that fits it? Or is $40 my only real option.

Shopsmith specific, as far as I know, but you might could make one. Here's what mine looks like. The earlier version was like a small steering wheel on top, but the drive end was the same. You might want to check ebay and other sites for parts like this that you need too ... planers and their parts do come up occasionally.

I don't go through all of the ebay listings daily, but since I just did go looking for a planer crank (no luck), I did see some lathe duplicator parts that might be of interest to you. I don't have a lathe duplicator myself, so not sure if these, combined with what you have, would make a complete set up or not.

Nice machine smokeshow. I have an '83 500 that has been an excellent machine. I pretty much took the headstock apart and lubed everything before getting serious with it. It now operates like a new one. You should be happy with it!

As Brenda suggested I hope you found and read the guide to Buying a Used Shopsmith. Even if there are some problems with the Mark V and/or the SPT's (Special Purpose Tools) they can be fixed. The following is an example of what can be done to restore them. Almost a year and a half ago I picked up a Mark 5 Greenie, with a Jointer and Jig Saw. They looked like basket cases, but they were free so you would think it is a good deal. With a bit of work, shopping around for the best deal on parts and about $650 in parts, materials & paint they look and run like new again. That cost includes getting all the parts and accessories it originally came with.

The Jointer and Jig Saw tables were covered in rust, fortunately not pitted. The Mark 5's Quill was rusted, the Quill return Spring broken along with damaged Carriage Pinion Gears and damaged Trunnion on the table which all had to be replaced. There were other parts that needed repair or replacement on the three tools.
