I’m going to remember that 7-degree angle trick. That, plus the cherry top, the wrought nails, and the end-detail that algale noted, took this project from merely pedestrial to truly eye-catching. :cool:

The Viking trunk has dry-docked in the trunk!

A silly but fun diversion, at least cleaned up some of the loose rattling junk back there...
