A demo project I did while up north

Post by reible »

My brother wanted to make some of these and since it also make a good demo to cut on the SO I grabbed a file and converted it to a svg file and cut up a few of these.

The cut outs are one project and the other is now a template to used to spray that shape on projects. Double duty.

It was a little tricky to cut as the wood was not as flat as I would have liked but it worked. I also did a plywood one which was a lot easier.

Size wise these are maybe 7" across, and the wood was an old crate my brother recovered and was using the wood from.

I also did some Christmas tree hangings that were a circle with the shape of WI engraved in. That was a big hit with the demo.

If anyone wants to see one I have a damaged one here somewhere. Forgot to take a wire brush and sandpaper so I tried to scrap the piece and it chipped out, not a big deal but I kept that one as it wasn't quite as perfect as I would have liked.
