If it's a DNS problem, try using Google's free public DNS (8.8.8.8 for IPv4 and 2001:4860:4860::8888 for IPv6) instead of your ISP's default. You'll have to go into your router settings for this.
That does not work here either, server not found error. The IP address is 96.11.138.91. Again the paid plans work. It is only the free plans that are broken. W10 and Firefox.

It comes up for me. Is it possible that you have something like NoScript or an ad blocker running that is preventing it from loading?

I turned the ad blocker off with the same results.

Links seem to work for me. Mac plus Firefox.

Well, I tried Google Chrome again with the same results. I don't use Chrome so it has no add ons.

Weird. I have no issue with that one or any of the others I tried (including many other free ones).

Yes it is. I have tried the free plans with FF, IE Explorer, MS Edge and Chrome. The only browser that has adons is Firefox. I don't use the others. Again the paid plans work, but they appear to be on a SS web site. The free plans are being re-directed to the same IP address but the web address is http://www.free (plan name) plans.com and different based on the plan name.
