I signed up for the Highland Hardware E-mail news letter and in it they have a link to a guy that builds his own brass hammers. There is a step by step instructions including pictures and even his mistakes. GREAT!!!!
This guy even tells where he got the brass stock and all.

I'll bet Mtobey will be interested as these will make great plane adjusting hammers.


I think making a few of these hammers would be Great Christmas presents for fellow woodworkers.

Knot just for woodworkers; plenty of uses for auto mechanics too! ;)
