Whoops! Caught a mistake! I put three punches through the 0 and only two punch marks 180 degrees from there. (not 3 as said earlier)
While I'm at it - If anyone has a problem finding the 90, 180, 270 degree locations - here's a simple method.
Wrap a strip of paper around the stop collar and pencil mark the point of overlap. Straightening out the paper will show you the circumference of the collar between the two marks (or the end of the paper and your one mark). Fold the paper in half between the two marks. This is the 180 deg. distance from the 0 mark. Fold in half again and this is the 90 and 270 degree distances.
