larryhrockisland Three bowls I have done. The ash one is the first one I tried after taking a traveling academy class taught by Mike Young back in 2006. No finish on it, just sanded to something like 1200. The other two are cherry from a tree in my back yard. The one with the bark on had a worm I uncovered. He poked his head up and looked around for a little bit before pfft! He was gone. These are finished with Hut PPP wax finish. Some are my Dad's from when he was a carpenter in the early 60's and some are yard sale finds.
