Happy Thanksgiving. We got snowed on big time. It started yesterday morning and lasted until mid afternoon. 4 to 5 inches. This morning we woke up to another 8 inches. A break now but they say it is not over. More snow tonight and tomorrow.

It is supposed to start raining here any time and rain through the weekend , I would rather have the snow than the mud .That is a good picture !

Love the picture!

The brother I have that lives in northern WI said they had 15" the other day and another 15" on the way this weekend. Getting off to a snowy season in a lot of places, but no so much here in IL where we are getting rain and maybe some flakes later but no totals. The wind was really bad here Wed. even took down a light pole down the block from us, local winds to 56 mph but some places even higher. Strongest Nov. winds in 25 year.

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. We stayed local and we are not venturing out for Black Friday sales. Bad part about going to someones house for the meal is no left overs......... but a whole lot less work. Going to make a turkey roll to make up for that today.
