Hope everything works out and that you are able to share the results with us at some point. I am working on a few enhancements that will make my version much more flexible. I use the jig on many different materials and items as well.

The radius is then from the center of the bushing to the tip of the bit used. I'm guessing this would then be about 4 or 5 inches from the look of the setup, is that about right?
It is adjustable.

Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure.

OK tell me about how you do that, I'm missing something else here as I don't see any adjustment for that????

The bolt fit thru a slot. The jig can also be setup to cut convex patterns including balls or spheres.
