R.J. DeCristoforo Books

Post by wlhayesmfs »

I would like to know of all of his books how would you all rate them in the importance of having and using them. I have several but with all of them out there I would like to get the ones that would help me the most. I have the PTWE from 1953 for the ER's and the 1955 for the MKV. Now what other ones do I need to add to my book collection to make sure I get the most from my woodworking tools and improve my skills. Also any book you know on the man himself I would love to read.
thanks
Bill :)

Bill,

I don't have many of these books but I have found more than one in antique stores -- a real joyful surprise often.

Also, FYI, some months ago there was a posting on this Forum directing us to a ~ 1997 Popular Mechanics article on a home-built Overarm Router. That design was done by RJ DeCristoforo.

Let us know more about this as you get into it!

Get on-line to http://www.abebooks.com and type in DeCristoforo in the search. There are over 400 selections by this author. You can also find a lot of Nick Engler's books on this site. Many of them sell for only $1.00 each (plus shipping).
