What cleaner

I need to clean off my new quote machine what's a good cleaner for the painted and not painted outside parts?

What needs to be cleaned off? I'd start with a good blow out followed by a rub down with a soft cloth. to remove all the loose matter. I then use mineral spirits "on a rag" for the tough spots.
