Guys I have been reading the heck out of the knowledge you all have shared on this forum it is tremendous! JPG DUSTY and all of you other contributors have been a world of help. I am new to Shopsmith. Just bought a used 510 that was upgraded to a 520. It came with a whole bunch of parts including a strip sander, belt sander, band saw, jig saw, and a lot of accessories. There was a table included in the sale that I don’t know what it went to. I am going to try to attach some pictures to see if you all can help me ID it.
Thanks,
Kevin

Re: Mystery Part ID?
I do not think it is a SS product. May be a table for a sander.

I agree with JPG. It is not a SS item.

Thanks for the quick replies. I have not seen a SS SPT that it would fit, so I guess it was just a bonus.

Re: Mystery Part ID?
I too, agree with JPG and John that it is not a Shopsmith part. I'm thinking maybe some other brand belt sander as JPG suggests.
I have bought and owned many Shopsmith Tools that I have restored. Often they come with parts from other tools of different brands. I bought a Mark V a few years ago that had Craftsman parts with it. In that case I didn't take them with me since I was able to show the seller that they belonged to the Craftsman Table Saw he had sitting on the other side of the room. He was happy to keep them. I have a large box full of odd parts that have come with my Shopsmith purchases. Some of the non-Shopsmith parts can be used on the Shopsmith Tools while other cannot and end up in that box.

Re: Mystery Part ID?
I thought it was for the belt sander at first. It has a part number cast into it, but Google does not come up with any matches.
