Can you ID this bird?

A fun walk down where the beaver dams use to be. My first walk there this spring. One thing I saw was this bird and I don't believe I have ever seen one before. I don't think it is native here but more then likely on its way to some place else.

I'm guessing it is the male but I could be wrong??

I think it is some type of Warbler also. Maybe a bit atypical and he looks a little worse for wear. There are hundreds of varieties.
