Received new wheel from SS today ordered on 5/16. I am finishing up current project and will be taking defective wheels off this week and sending them back for evaluation. By the way they came in a box that was in good shape and will be used to send the two wheels back.

Question: what should I use or not use to clean the red poly coating on the casters

Polyolefin plastics should be immune to nearly all solvents. I would use any kind of household cleaner like Windex or Lysol.

Have been in contact with SS and as of today Friday, May 27 still no answer from engineers. Was told on Tuesday it would take a couple of days, that was three days ago. We’ll see with weekend and Memorial Day what happens. Stay tuned!

Heard from SS today they said they are sending two replacement casters today, June 1, 2022. Mailed in for inspection on May 20, 2022. I will hopefully close this out when they arrive. I was dealing with Kaylee in customer service who was very pleasant and didn’t seem to get upset with my numerous emails.

I worked with Kaylee on my PowerPro problems. She gets the emails and responds, seems to be trying hard to provide the kind of service we are looking for. I think they should give her a raise.
