Did you see the ChopSmith?

Over 25 years ago as a joke I gave Shopsmith’s Jim McCann a hatchet with the name “ChopSmith” inscribed on the handle. That name has echoed in my head over the years and finally I’ve made something that has earned that title. As I commented in the video, that table design could be used for all sorts bench tools and work Shopsmith mounted workbenches.

Hmm, I may have to see if this is an option for my new Makita battery 10" SMS. I think it may be larger than the Wen and almost assuredly heavier. If my saw would fit easily, this could be a better option than some of my other vague ideas.
