I thought someone might find this useful, I squared the edges with my 50 grit conical Disksander and bolted them together.

I would be interested in how that wire shelving is anchored to the SS legs, a close up picture would be very helpful. I have a piece of that shelving and was thinking about doing that to my SS.

An inch wider than the Extension Table Upgrade part number 555085. Can you show a picture of the bottom side showing how they are mounted?

Mounting the wire shelf couldn't be any simpler. I used four 2 inch machine screws not bolts machine screws are threaded all the way, Bolt them to the legs and lay the wire shelf on top.
The two extension tables together I used masking tape to mark the holes, drill your first table with an 8th inch bit then take a piece of masking tape backwards over the hole with the sticky side out use a small piece of tape to hold it there punch your hole with a scratch all and slide the two tables together stick the tape on the other table and you have a perfect Mark for the drill.
