I have been using my Shopsmith for over 45 yrs. I am very familiar with the ins and outs of it I think. Apparently, the product works for some and not for others and may require sanding to fit.

SS 520, SS band saw. Grizzly cabinet saw, jointer, drill press,14" bandsaw, belt/disc sander. Delta 13" planer. Hitachi router in router table. Old Craftsman radial arm saw.

Sorry! I just cannot imagine a product being so dis functional with it's main purpose.

I agree. As far as I can tell, the company has a good reputation. I think I'll call them and see what they say.
