Great work. The supports between the seat and the back are absolutely gorgeous.

Yes, the curved supports and back rails were clearly bent as part of the construction process. I wish I knew who made the chair in the early 1900's and how it was done.
1985 Mark V upgraded to 520 PowerPro. Shopsmith cast iron table bandsaw, jointer, belt sander, and 60's vintage 610 jigsaw SPT's. Makita 2040 15" planer, JessEm Mast-R-Lift II router table.
