I designed a table extension for my Mark 510. It consist of electrical conduit, a piece of 9mm birch plywood, 6 3D printed parts, and a few #6 screws. Some of the advantages of this design are: it can be used as an infeed and/or outfeed table, it tilts with the table saw table, can be made in any size to fit the need, and possible can be used on the extension tables.
If interested in getting the 3D part files, let me know.

Re: Table Saw Extension Table Idea
That looks really slick! Looks like it would also be possible to use it with the 520 table.

Great idea, thanks for joining the forum and posting a project as your first post! It's hard to tell from the last photo, but I assume that the printed parts are indeed below the level of the table's top? Does the board sit below the bottom of the miter gage slot so the miter bar will pass over the board?

Re: Table Saw Extension Table Idea
The parts and the plywood sit below the Table Top. I didn't add slots for the miter gauge; however, using 9mm plywood provides clearance so slots could be added if the plywood was supported underneath the slots.

esmith2024,
Are you open to making the models available, paid or otherwise? I'd sure like to try the setup on my SSs.

Now that is really slick and I'd bet very marketable. Offer me a set, please.
