See if she can make them more durable after printing by somehow applying something. My first idea was to spray shellac them, but that might dissolve the ink. Clear adhesive sided sheets come to mind.

She does a lot of different types of Signs and stuff.
She probably will have something that will fit that description.

It would be REALLY slick if the ea disc could each be laminated. But that may be a pipe dream......

I contacted a print place closer to my workplace.
I am going to let them look at it Tomorrow.
She said they print on sheet paper (Of Course) and Card Stock.

Lamination is a Great idea.

I will Write all these idea's down and see where I can take this.

I have done similar stuff with Truck Projects.
So, this type of stuff is not New to me.

The first issue is making them Round.
The second issue is the cutout's.

I have got Idea's.

I finally got my home printer online and working again.

Now I am armed with the original chart and paper copies of the PDF that Russ provided.

I found this kit for grommets in the link below.
I will research further before I buy some,

I am thinking of leaving the middle of the chart (Square) and of course the rotating dials on either side will have to be a Circle.

Now I think I will have to make a Punch/Stamping Die for the openings.

That's not a big issue, Just the time to Machine it and test the Dimensions.

Print on the heaviest stock your printer can handle. If I were making one, I would use an x-acto knife or similar to cut out the holes. Lower tech than punches but a simpler solution.

I was debating on making a punch.

I have an Exacto Knife.

I think I will have time to stop at the print shop this Evening.

I hope they got thick Card stock.

I stopped by the Print place.

They had business card stock and to laminate it was going to cost

As soon as I explained the reason for the Lamination, They said what about this type of material?

I said That will work.

It is a slick type of material that will hold up in the outdoor weather.
They said one customer use it to label and tag outdoor stuff and did not fade.
It springs back when you pull it back 90% and let go of it, unlike their business card they gave me that is made from card stock.

They also gave me a Card made of this stuff also.
So now I have to go hunt my Exacto Knife.

They said within a week or so, they can get one made and let me look at it.

Very cool! Sounds like a lot of progress. Don't need to laminate if the card stock is durable enough I should think.

Any decent quality rotating head hole punch(not the imported crap) as they use for leather should work great on a thicker stock material. The hole needs to be sized for the eye grommet. If you need a bigger hole, you can buy an individual punch. I have those too and I keep them razor-sharp with a stone.

I ordered a Holstersmith punch.
They have made in the USA products.
Hopefully their punch is.
I'll see soon.

If it's not sharp enough I will cheat and ask our Toolmaker at work to sharpen it.
