After doing more research I do not have any arbors

I tried to carefully look at the pictures, but I did miss the Belt Sander.

Starting with Headstock maintenance is a good idea. Follow the Manual but where it says a couple drops of lightweight oil for the Sheaves you should at least double that since it is unknown how long it has been since the Headstock was last serviced. Don't overdo it with the oil since you don't want to have excess oil "thrown" around inside the Headstock.

The Lathe Dead and Live Tailstock Centers go into the Tailstock which you have. I could not see the top of it in your picture to tell if you had either of the Tailstock Centers. Below is a picture of a complete Tailstock Assembly. It should have the silver color adjustable center where the Tailstock Centers go.

The Jig Saw and the other SPT's are driven by Hubs and a Coupler. An example of them is shown below. There are four different Hubs. Two are for the Headstock on the Belt Cover side, one for each on the main and auxiliary spindles. The other to Hubs are for the SPT's themselves and one has a 1/2" bore while the other has a 5/8" bore. The Headstock Hubs have four groves and the SPT Hubs have five groves.

The Handle for extending the Quill is needed for Drill Press operations and usable for other functions as well. Below is a standard Quill Feed Handle. It is the current black handle version, but earlier ones have one of three red handles. There are optional Quill Feed Handle Assemblies too.

I am not sure exactly what you are referring to but maybe the Arbors?

There are several Arbors, Spindles and Chucks that attach to the Quill's Spindle for different functions. Some are listed for the Mark V 500 only and others are for the 510/505, 520, Mark 7 & 4 which use longer Arbors due to the Lower Saw Blade Guard design of those models. The Mark V 500 can use those longer Arbors, but they will interfere with the Lower Saw Blade Guards that go with the 500, original Table Systems. These are the Saw Blade Arbors and the Hub length of the 12" Sanding Disk. Other Arbors, Spindles and Chucks are the same for all Mark tools.

The Saw Blade Arbor for use with a 1-1/4" bore Saw Blade is part number 505511 as seen below.

Your Mark V has the "B" Headstock Casting. The rear Name Plate that covers the Access Hole has two pins to align it and a spring clip to hold it on the Headstock Casting. A replacement will have to be found on the used market. When looking for it make sure it has the Spring Clip. The plate for the "A" Headstock Casting is the same but does not have the clip and the "C" Headstock plate attaches with a pin and screw. Sorry I don't have a picture to show that example.

Since you said you do not have any Arbors the following is Arbors 101.

The following pictures show most of the Arbors, Spindles and Chucks made over the years for the Shopsmith tools beginning with the first Shopsmith the Model 10E in 1947. I know it is a long history. The PDF give a history and timeline for the arbors and on page 1 identifies the Arbors, Spindles and Router Chucks shown below. Not all the arbors listed in the PDF (mainly the Sawsmith Arbors) are included in the pictures below.

Additionally, below are the different Drill Chucks made for the Shopsmith over the years. The part numbers are slightly incorrect since 505633 version 1 is actually the same as the Jacobs Multi-Craft Chuck shown as version 2 but with different labeling (Jacob's part number) on the chuck itself. The Jacobs 3326 Drill Chuck shown with P/N 505633 version 1 is correct for the other 2 part numbers. I got to get that picture corrected one of these days.

That is a lot of information to go through.

For your needs it would be the Saw Blade Arbors mentioned in my previous post. To that the 5/8" Universal aka Molder/Dado Arbor part number 505506 is a helpful one to have as is the 1/2" Universal Arbor P/N 505505 but it is no longer made. The Shaper Arbor P/N 555117 replaced it and has the Shaper Collars on it instead of the spacer and washers the 1/2" Universal Arbor had. Universal for the 5/8" and 1/2" Arbors describes them very well. They can be used for a lot of things. The need for other Arbors, Spindles and Chucks would depend on what additional functions you use your Shopsmith for.

In a previous post you mentioned you were missing the Name Plate on the back of the Headstock. Below are pictures of the Name Plate for the "B" Headstock casting. On the back side you can see the clip that holds it in place.
