Dave,

Welcome to the Shopsmith Forum.

The Quill Bumper Ring originally part number 102-53 (after November 1951 P/N A 2291) for the Shopsmith Model 10E and later 10ER is one of the very few parts still used on the Shopsmith Mark tools today. I listed those part numbers for reference to the Model 10 Owner's Guides. As MikeG said it is currently part number 501307.

The other two parts still used today from the original Model 10E and 10ER is the Quill Return Spring and the thinner walled Way Tubes from the late in production 10ER's from 1953. All Model 10E's and earlier Model 10ER's had thicker walled Way Tubes like yours should have.
