Table Height Fine Adjustment

I’d like to add something to my table height adjustment so I can get finer adjustments. The current adjustment is just too coarse for some operations (e.g. horizontal drilling). I saw this on Shopsmith’s site: Shopsmith Adjustable Stop Collar with Scale, SKU 556434.

Does anyone have this and if you do, what do you think of it?
