Please help my simple mindedness. Can someone please clear up for me the time frame during which the 20 Anniversary Edition Mark V's were manufactured? fjimp

Jim, I do not know. However, I have a post that indicates an Anniversary Model 555861 one was purchased with serial number 04-03-02. Not the 20th anniversary.

Then there is this one. More in the time frame of a 20th anniversary.

Someone said the Mark V 505 (555861) was the Anniversary Model.

Maybe This will help.

edit: Here is some additional info.

This makes sense to me as the first ShopSmith 5 in 1 tools were made in the 40's.
