Accessory Shelf
Can the accessory board be mounted on the SS's legs at different heights or just one height. I thought I'd seen it at a couple of different locations.

As built, the older shelf can only be mounted at one predetermined level because of the location of predrilled holes and cut outs.putttn wrote:Can the accessory board be mounted on the SS's legs at different heights or just one height. I thought I'd seen it at a couple of different locations.
The same shelf could certainly be mounted at a different location by making some physical changes either to the shelf or to the legs of the Shopsmith (hole locations).
If I was contemplating that, I'd just make my own. Why, so that I could put my accessories where I want them not where someone else made a place for them. As a woodworker, you have all the tools and skills to do this.
