OK looks like those came out all right. Now for the surprise I had when I got home from the job sight. Band saw tires and a free apron to make up for the back ordered planer parts. The instructions say it is like birthing babies. First you have to boil some water.

Old tires off new tires on blood loss minimal.

Thanks guys. When I go into Windows Photo Gallery and rotate and or resize they upload correctly. I posted this one sideways purposely because it is one that I posted earlier. The photo fun studio came with my camera so ill use Windows from now on.

Nice work on that cabinet! Did you make the feet yourself? Are the two sides of the feet joined with a splined miter?

Mark- Your work shown in the initial pictures looks sooooo good it almost looks fake. Ya need to bang up the corners a bit so that the customer feels like he got a custom job!

Scooters that wont be a problem. The plumbers and electricians will take care or that!

Chuck yes and we will make more for this entertainment center. I will walk through step by step. Actually each foot is one piece with a piece of molding attaching.

I have been busy this morning and just couldn't wait to try these pics. I decided to start with the header pieces because I need to make a template to have some flex molding made. I have enclosed pics of laying out the radius as well as the elliptical in the center cabinet.

In the interest of time and for a better read I will not try to explain each picture but as always will be happy to answer questions.

Next we will cut close to line, sand and apply edge banding to the raw plywood edges.

Here I have cut and sanded the profiles and applied edge banding. I decided on 1/4 inch solid for the ends of the center cabinet as it steps out 2 inches and we may need to sand a little.

I also have the face frames of the cabinets made but still have to upload the pictures of that process.

Next I would like to share a safety idea that came to me a while back.

I have sent these pictures to Wood Magazine for consideration of their shop tips. Maybe I'll win a prize. I cant take credit for the design of the push stick itself having copied it from a publication some time back but the mounting for handy access is mine. I made one for my unisaw first and liked it so well I have made them for my cabinet saw, jointer and my 520!!:)

Ok guys I actually built the 6 face frames Saturday but wanted to get the header pieces done before posting. I have gotten in the habit of laying all parts out on the floor and checking sizes, sink centers, appliance sizes etc. It can save your A@#.

Are there 9 individual 'pieces' to your front there? It looks like 3 per row... Just curious. I'm enjoying watching your progress! Are you using a Kreg for the pocket holes or something else? Just curious..
