I'm 14 years old and I'm going to restore and keep my first Shopsmith (10ER) by the end of this year. Pretty sweet, huh? What I find interesting is that I'm embarrassed at first to say my age because few people expect a person as young as me to have shop experience. But think, 150 years ago, a kid my age would be expected to have learned, or be learning through an apprenticeship, a trade.

I'll create a detailed restoration thread once I get going.

P.S. I've been working around the shop since I was about 9 or 10 and I've loved it ever since.
P.S.S I couldn't vote because I didn't even have a category. Tsk Tsk.
