Help needed!

After being away from my shop for the most of the last fifteen years due to my job I recently retired from, I am remodeling and cleaning. I found this "mystery board" and cannot remember what it goes to. I first thought my crosscut sled, but nope not that. I have been buying tools and accessories over the years and this one has me scratching my head. As it can be seen, there are spaced holes for some type of lineup, and holes drilled for what appears to be hidden nuts. Help! Can anyone help identify this? Thanks in advance!

BTW I own one too and it also works on your table saw.

THANK YOU! I'm sure you're right. I must be getting real old and senile. I was pretty sure it was Shopsmith, but couldn't find any documentation in my files. Thanks again.

It is a jointer fence. It looks very similar to mine but has more pre-drilled holes than does mine. If I remember correctly, it also can be used as a rip fence - bolting it to the Mark 5 rip fence.

Since I k now know what it's for, I went out and found the rest of it! Now to put it to use!

I know that the 505/510 rip fence has two holes to which the fence can be attached but I don't know about the 500 rip fence. Is it also predrilled?

Yes, you need two 2-3/4 long screws + washer and nuts.

On the 520 it is T-nuts... middle set of mounting holes.
