Sanding Block inspired by one of our friends

Post by nuhobby »

Hi,

I like to visit this Shopsmith-web link fairly often. In particular lately I was liking his sanding-blocks projects:
http://www.songofthegreatlakes.com/prod.htm

I was pretty tired of my "rubber and nails" sanding block, so I made one of my own. It is fastened together with some salvaged knock-down furniture fasteners. If you look real close you can see some cove-cuts on the top which were down with the overarm router.

Sanding should be more fun now, and I won't hate changing papers as much!
