New Offerings 10/10/09

Post by tom_k/mo »

I've updated my plans web page with two new sets of plans. The first is a set of plans for a toybox that I made for my grandkids, and the second is a Danish Door Harp. I've made a number of the Door Harps as gifts and they are always well received.

Danish Door Harp is a great idea. I can think of several friends and family that could use one of these. Would make a great Xmas gift....Thanks for posting............
I keep finding little windows on this forum, that I don't really know what they do. So sometimes I experiment. Probably shouldn't do that, I know in my shop it can get me into trouble.

Here's a photo of a Danish Door Harp I made for one of my doors. I used Luan mahogany underlayment for the upper and lower surfaces so that the mahogany matched the veneer on the inside of my door. This one's about 30 years old. If you're interested, HERE is a current source for zither/Piano Pins.

The click, HERE will not work on FIREFOX. It works on Internet Explorer to properly display.

That is a great gift idea. Do you have a good source for the piano tuning pins?
