Using 510 Sawguards with 500 Table

Can you use 510 sawguards with a 500 table if you get some 510 arbors for holding the sawblades?

N0. The lower saw guard won't fit between the uprights that support the table. On the 510, the uprights are about 14" apart, while on the 500 they're less than 11" apart, and the lower guard is something over 12" wide.

Hello and welcome to the forum. In addition, the upper 510 guard also has a much different mounting system than on the 500. If you look at picture on post #24 of this link, you will see the problem with the different widths indicated by pennview. John McCrossen
