Telescoping Table Support Leg Maintenance/Repair

In another post betty44720 referred to the Telescoping Table Support Leg http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/c...upport_leg.htm
I have one of these that will no longer lock into position. It just keeps spinning and never 'firms up' when I try to tighten it.

Is anyone aware of a way to repair or maybe clean these to return them to operational condition?

There is a thread out here somewhere, where we discussed the leg and mechanism that locks it in place. There is even pictures.
I will try to find it but my success rate is near 0 while others seem to be able to find anything.

Looks like the other Ed found it already...

I used a 17/64" drill bit to fix the leg, but a 1/4" would likely work just as well.
