1. I have tried all day to set up my scoll saw. First I cannot move the blade to the center of the whole. I have adjusted the setscrews as far as I can and the table will not lineup with the middle of the hole. I also have tried moving the table using the base screws but I'm still 1/32" off center.
2. Is there any easier way of adjusting the verticle and horizontal position. I have successfully pinched my hand and drawn blood. I'm about ready to trash this idea. If anyone can give some help it would be much appreciated. I'm at the breaking point after messing with it for 3 hours.

I don't know if I can help or not. I have never worried about whether ir not I had the blade "exactly" centered in the hole.
Why is center to within 1/32" so important?
Welcome to the forum. I do hope you can get this thing up and running. If it can be done, someone here will be able to help.
BTW, what model scroll saw are you working with?
