Rebuilding a Mark 7 Headstock Step by step!

Purchased a 7,2years ago and played with it some! Purchased a Jointer and Bandsaw off Ebay and moved to a new house all about the same time and now I am ready to settle in and start using it but the speed changer stopped
changing speeds and so I decided to take apart but now I see and hear from the forum that waxing and checking belts and such is proper maintainence!
Could use a detailed view of reassembly and maintainence actions needed!!

First question is: What condition is the plastic control cam in!

Then have you lubricated all them disassembled parts?

Last but not least, either enable receipt of e-mails in your profile, or post yer e-mail address. Somebody might be inclined to send a pdf of a Mark VII manual.

What kind of lube!
I am Mechanically inclined!!
Knew better than to put it back together with out maintainence!!:)

Cam looks great! Reason for taking it a part was it was hard to adjust speed
and then there was no adjustment it stayed on lowest speed!! The owner before me had a wooden wedge in it to keep it from wandering!
