Maxi-Clamp Storage

Post by jimb »

Some years ago, I recall a plan for storing the Maxi-Clamp System made of wood and dowels. I haven't seen this in Hand-On archives and I was wondering if anyone remembers this and has a copy or a photo of the completed stoage rack?

if you use a 1/2 x 2 wood slat and glue in 4" long 5/16 dowels about 1 1-2 inch apart, you can slip four of each component on each dowel. You can lay this "tree" down in the bottom of the origional box containing the threaded rods and the origional cover will fit.

I do not know if this is based on the original plan. And, I do not recall who uploaded it. But, here is a Sketchup model of a maxi-clamp storage rack.
