I've done it both with a vise and by tapping with a small hammer. I think that going slow is the key. Can't say that I prefer one way over the other.

I used a vice on mine. Pork chop had some teeth that were just too far gone so I replaced it. Bill Mayo's roll pin upgrade works beautifully. Thanks, Bill.

Personally I prefer Pork Chops prepared in a casserole dish wild rice mixed around the Pork Chops with cheddar cheese on top. Wow I enjoyed dinner last night. Jim:)

Lakewood, Colorado, eh? Any idea if the Titan Motorcycle dealership is still there? Stopped in there to get the rear brake replaced on my second cross country ride back in 2002 when they were still an Indian dealership. Still have the t-shirt.

Sorry I did not find it and unfortunately am not coordinated enough to ride so don't pay enough attention to know. Jim

No big deal. It was somewhere on W. Colfax is all I remember. Stayed at a really seedy motel just down the street. Had a very nice dinner, though, somewhere up on a hill. Went to the Rockies game the next day. Only ball park in the country that serves Rocky Mountain oysters!

I drive thru the fleabag motel area frequently and have a feeling I know about where it was. I will check it out and let you know. I suspect the eatery you have in mind is likely Sims Landing. New ownership and name now but still there. Jim
