May be a good way to let people know that SS is alive and well.
I have never purchased anything from E-bay but have found stuff I wanted and was able to find their web site and just order that way.
I wouldn't think that Shopsmith wants to get associated with Ebay but it would be neat if they developed an online store front of their own.
Yes, it is already possible to order from Shopsmith online. But does the whole world know that. Shopsmith now has a presence on Facebook though it is somewhat limited to abrasives - they are getting there.
All they really need to do is develop the Shopsmith Store Front and make their entire warehouse available through that Store Front.
If you want to see what is possible these days - spend some time with the

The whole reason for a e-bay store would be exposure. Everyone in the world who needed a part and thought Shopsmith was no longer around would check e-bay.
I am very familiar with Shopsmith and the products they offer, Even then, I have a hard time finding what I need on Shopsmith.com

It would be counter-productive to be 'on e-bay' with links to the older website. I think it wise to 'update' the web site, then possibly open the door!
