Spiders or bots will not typically slow a web site down unless you have really limited bandwidth and thousands of spiders on at once. I'm positive they are on sawmillcreek.org, Vbulletin gives you a choice of either showing which users are spiders or just showing them as guests, a couple days ago I changed the settings to show exactly which spiders were online, before they just showed up as guests, which they do at sawmillcreek.org.
