Ed,
That is a great looking miter gauge jig that you have made for your Joint-Matic!
I can see that you put a lot of thought and hard work into making it. WOW! The wood hinges are something that I hope to do some day. And that dovetail joint that you created using your jig looks incredible. Good work!:D

Hinges are not very hard to do. They are box joints with the edges rounded over... and the hard part is drilling for the pin but they make jigs for that now a days. Makes the whole thing a lot easier then it looks.
I have plans to make some picture frames using the dovetail joints. The hard part is finding the starting location and being able to always start at the same location. I've got a plan to upgrade my prototype jig to fix that issue, or at least I hope it will. Making that joint was one of the reasons I wanted a Joint Matic in the first place.

Sorry no plans for this one. I did see plans for a fix 45 deg one and I think I might have them some where and I can look for them if you like??
