The way I do it is to lay it out on the computer how I want it to look. Then reverse the image/letters. Then print it on a lazer printer. Place it face down on the work and then use an iron on it. I then follow the letters with dremel or router. Its cheap and works great for me. But if you want to use a system its called a Router Pantograph.
