You can visit their web site and determine if the cost is something you consider reasonable. They charge by the number of teeth and they'll sharpen blades other than their own. And, don't forget the cost of shipping both ways.
Quality blades like the Forrest Woodworker II blade are sharpened with diamond wheels on expensive machinery, so when you send a blade to them for sharpening you know they'll do a precision job. After sharpening by them, a blade will perform as new. Many small time sharpening services simply don't have the equipment to compete.
If the blade you're using cost $15 - $20, it's hardly worth having it resharpened because it likely will cost you more than that to have the work done.
