So between the two I hope to at least get some small trips in during Fall break. Don't have all the bells and whistles but that was how we started 30 years ago so back to basics. The real fun is all the people you meet and the land we see. Doesn't hurt seeing some nice crafts either.
Wanting to get to the Fall Christmas in Branson Silver Dollar City. One of my favorites for the holiday.
I want to go back to Branson also. We spend two weeks there the one time that we went. Even in two weeks we were not able to see and do everything that we wanted.
We were there in the spring. I'll bet winter there is gorgeous. Not that spring was not.

Dusty, you would love Christmas there. Silver Dollar City is bueatiful. I was there the opening Day of the first season they had and made it there for the next 5 years and did not miss. Bob Hope lite the 3 story Christmas Tree that first Day. There was also 4 inches of snow on the ground that morning we went. You cannot believe how bueatiful the City was covered in Snow. Being the first Day of the first year not too many people were there. Is a lot more crowed now since it has gotten so popular.
Had season tickets for 10 years and made it there 8 or 9 times a year but since work has changed and money is tight so only make it there once a year if lucky. Started going there in the early 70's so a lot has changed.
Could see Shepard of the Hill every year and not get bored.

We usually make it to Branson 3 or 4 times a year. It is a 5 hour drive for us. Its a good thing its not just 3 hours like you Bill or we would be there just about every weekend.

Fall is really pretty if you can time it right. There is also a tool store I have to go to. They have real good prices on dust collection. The tools are not high quality, but I have not had any trouble with the things I have bought. Here is there website.

What a neat website! Curious how their clamping miter gage looks to one we've all come to know!
