Hitachi, it is an 18V drill/driver with 2 batteries , charger, case and a light. It is a lighter duty one and normal sells for about $180, on sale for $140. Don't have the model number here but if you want that info I can supply it another time.
BTW for others, the manual in this box is a revised (newer) edition and the box has a pasted over sticker with other information on it... Have to think the other one might have been setting around for a while.

I have been able to keep restoring my B&D 18 VDC power tool slide on batteries many times following the attached procedure. I did insure the battery was totally discharged by shorting a low ohm resister across the power terminals before sparking them. I only used my truck 12 V battery to spark them making sure of the polarity. I did have to buy the latest B&D 18 V single battery charger to recharge each battery as the original simple slide on top charger or the 3 battery charger would not recharge them. I have some batteries up to 8 years old that still work. I found when the battery charge gets too low (below 5-6 volts), the charger will not recharge them so the sparking builds the charge back up to where the charger will work.
For the times when I forget to keep any batteries charged for use, I disassembled an old battery pack, removed the batteries and took a 110 VAC to 18 VDC plug-in power supply (I believe 2 amp) and wired a long cord to the empty battery pack terminals. Works well until I recharge another battery.
