Hank,
I don't believe that is correct. I just used the Shopsmith Search feature for Super Nova 2 and a numbers of messages/threads popped up of people who use the Super Nova 2. The ISNS adapter is also specified for it on the Shopsmith. Looks like Teknatool was selling them for $99 for a reconditioned one a while back.

Hello. I'm trying to get some clarification on the arbor dimension. Information in the forum as well when searching the part refers to a 5/8 arbour. Measuring mine reads 1/2"
Am I missing something?

Am I missing something?
You are missing something but I am not sure what. All SS spindles are 5/8" and have been since the first Magna 10E was built in 1947.

Do you have a 1/2" arbor mounted on the 5/8" quill shaft?
