If you are going to do that - I would prefer poplar.

Well, actually white oak.

Given my current status I suppose mine would be:
Posterior Plantedus
Jim:D:mad:
My PT, today asked what I had picked up in the shop since surgery. Upon hearing a tape measure it was suggested the door locks should be changed and keys hidden until she and surgeon agree I can return there. Jim

You need a Male PT! Too many 'shes'! Does 'she' even know what a tape measure is/weighs?

I'm sorry, Jim, but I think I will side with your PT on this one. If I had adhered to what my PT told me, I would be much better off today. She did everything she could to make me understand that.
Now, almost seven years later, I totally understand. I pay the price every time I attempt to walk more than about 1/4 mile.
Good luck on your recovery.
BTW, what is your "lift weight" ;imit?

My post was mostly in jest. Trust me this is my last chance and no matter how much I hate the advice I Will Follow It! This woman is one of best in town. She helped our daughter after a back surgery. Our daughter has lost some thirty pounds. Is now a size 6 and participates in three or more Iron Woman competitions each year. I have great faith in her work. Prior to surgery I had an eight pound weight limit with right arm. Post surgery is still unknown. What was said in my original post is accurate. I am not about to take any chances but love kidding this lady. Jim
