His description lists it as a scroll saw, I wonder if after the sale you could ask him to buy you a scroll saw as listed in the description. Of course he might ask you to send back the jig saw :D

Jig saw, scroll saw, coping saw, sabre saw .... to some they are all the same. If anyone was mislead ... I feel that it is their own fault. After all, there are pictures.

This Mark 7 is new and covered by a warranty...maybe! In a case like this, is the Shopsmith warranty transferable?

I don't know about the entire warranty, which is shown here. http://www.shopsmith.com/markvsite/guarantee.htm But the limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship (number 4 on the list) DOES transfer. So I was told by Shopsmith myself when I sent my second hand 520 back to Shopsmith last year when I was having trouble with my rip fence alignment.

Free delivery?

I'm about 285 miles away, so I wonder if I win the lottery so I can bid and can win it whether he will deliver an extra 10 miles free?

also considering a 2nd 510 for the shop.

You can always meet him half way for a deal like that.
